Synthesis of Heteroannulated Carbazole and Indole Derivatives with Pyridine and 1,4-Epoxy[1,4]oxazepane Cores
A new approach was proposed to the synthesis of heteropolycycles with pyrido[3,2,1-jk]carbazole, pyrido[1,2-a]indole, and epoxy[1,4]oxazepine cores based on the use of N-epoxymethylated carbazolone-1 and 2-benzoyl-3-methylindole derivatives as starting materials.
