It has been shown that the considered irradiation could sometimes essentially accelerate the transport of charge carriers. Also, we introduce an analytical approach of the transport of charge carriers. The approach makes it possible to simultaneously take into account the changes of properties of certain materials in space and time and as well as the nonlinearity of the considered transport. Nonlinearity of charge carriers transport could be approximated by the classical power model of their interaction.
