摘要

提出了一种在水热条件下用醇溶液在单晶蓝宝石载体上沉积VO2薄膜的新方法。所获得的材料在接近临界温度(68°C)时表现出急剧的介电-金属转变,电阻值变化高达四个数量级。已经找到了在电物理特性上与在水介质中制备的类似物相当的薄膜的合成条件。该方法为水热合成氧化膜材料开辟了新的可能性。
