Development of PMMA nanocomposite thin films comprising semiconductor nanocrystals

The paper deals with the fabrication of CdSe, CdSe/CdS and CdSe/ZnS core-shell semiconductor nanocrystals (NCs).

It is shown that their shell thickness and composition affect the photoluminescent properties of NCs.
