Experimental Investigations for Substantiating the Development of a 103Ru/103mRh Generator

The 103Ru radionuclide has been produced using a reactor and identified with the aim of developing the 103Ru/103mRh generator. Methods for synthesis and distillation of highly volatile RuO4 from metallic ruthenium and from solutions have been developed and tested.
