The results demonstrate that the embedding of SMA with different configurations exerts complex influences on the vibration behaviors of CLP under various boundary conditions and can provide favorable vibration suppression performance. 摘要

针对航空航天领域轻量化复合材料结构设计引起的低阻尼、大振幅振动现象,提出在复合材料板中嵌入不同形态的高阻尼形状记忆合金(SMA),重点研究复合材料层合板(CLP)的振动行为和动应力分布。对复合材料层合板的六种构型进行了系统分析,阐明了嵌入形状记忆合金构型对复合材料层合板频率特性的影响。基于扫频实验确定的SMA与复合材料的阻尼比,评估了不同边界条件下SMA构型对CLP阻尼性能的影响。为了研究CLP在使用过程中是否会发生强度破坏或层间分离,采用多构型SMA对CLP进行了应力分布分析,并给出了应力沿厚度方向的变化规律。结果表明,不同构型SMA的嵌入对CLP在不同边界条件下的振动行为有复杂的影响,并能提供良好的振动抑制性能。复合配置的SMA可以对CLP在不同阶次下的动态应力分布进行可定制的修改。

期刊介绍: Thin-walled structures comprises an important and growing proportion of engineering construction with areas of application becoming increasingly diverse, ranging from aircraft, bridges, ships and oil rigs to storage vessels, industrial buildings and warehouses. Many factors, including cost and weight economy, new materials and processes and the growth of powerful methods of analysis have contributed to this growth, and led to the need for a journal which concentrates specifically on structures in which problems arise due to the thinness of the walls. This field includes cold– formed sections, plate and shell structures, reinforced plastics structures and aluminium structures, and is of importance in many branches of engineering. The primary criterion for consideration of papers in Thin–Walled Structures is that they must be concerned with thin–walled structures or the basic problems inherent in thin–walled structures. Provided this criterion is satisfied no restriction is placed on the type of construction, material or field of application. Papers on theory, experiment, design, etc., are published and it is expected that many papers will contain aspects of all three.
