Construction of New Quantum Stabilizer Codes From Quasi-cyclic Codes Of Index Two

We study the algebraic structures of a class of quasi-cyclic codes of index two, and determine their generators and Hermitian dual codes. In addition, we propose conditions for their Hermitian self-orthogonality to construct quantum stabilizer codes via quantum Hermitian construction.
