The absolute configurations of compounds <strong>1−3</strong> and <strong>5−8</strong> were assigned based on the comparison of the experimental and calculated ECD data. In addition, compounds <strong>1</strong>−<strong>11</strong> were tested for anti-inflammatory activity against lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced nitric oxide (NO) production in RAW264.7 macrophages.
