摘要

戊型肝炎是由戊型肝炎病毒感染引起的肝脏炎症。免疫正常的急性戊型肝炎患者可以自行清除感染，而免疫抑制的患者可能无法清除戊型肝炎病毒感染而发展为慢性肝炎。大多数戊型肝炎患者无症状，仅表现为轻微和持续的肝功能异常。本文报告一例戊型肝炎的免疫功能正常的成人，主要表现为转氨酶升高。肝穿刺活检检测肝纤维化。本报告旨在提醒其他医生在遇到急性戊型肝炎时评估肝纤维化，特别是慢性肝病患者。
