Experiential Reflecting Teams in the Training of Group Counselors

Using a comparative case study design, this study explored the reflecting team (RT) method in group training among counseling students (n = 26). Participants were assigned to either the experiential group (EG) or RT, and group climate was assessed using the Group Climate Questionnaire (GCQ-S).
