The clinical potential of EVs extends to their utility as liquid biopsy biomarkers, offering a non-invasive approach for early diagnosis, prognostication, and treatment monitoring. EV-miRNAs and EV-long non-coding RNAs demonstrate significant diagnostic and prognostic value in GI cancers.
