It is suggested that the formation of selenium-containing compositions is carried out mainly <i>via</i> the steric stabilization of selenium NPs with brush macromolecules and the incorporation of selenium NPs similar to the case of metal-porphyrin complexes. Based on the results of spectroscopy in the UV-Vis region, the band gap energies and the diameters of the selenium NPs were calculated for binary and ternary systems.
