(E)-偶氮亚胺是由金刚乙胺、4-氨基安替比林和杀链剂与羟基苯甲醛丙炔醚缩合而成,产率为70-77%。通过羟基苯甲醛连接体改变药效基团的相互排列,可以形成各种几何形状的结构。以两种含丙炔的亚甲胺(4-氨基安替吡啶衍生物)为例,在Cu(I)催化叠氮-炔环加成反应的条件下,得到了1,4-二取代1,2,3-三唑。
