Its Ir complex exhibited high efficiency in the hydrogen isotope exchange of 1,2-disubstituted arenes by cooperative catalysis of the Ir complex and the Lewis-acidic sites on <b>BBcat</b>. <b>BBcat</b> and the Ir complex are symbolically associated with mythological Genbu and Suzaku.
