报道了韩国晋州组下白垩世晋州组的晋州属（Jinjucixius fui gen. et sp. 11 .）一新灭绝属和种。这一新分类单元是最早的刺尾科代表之一，并将该科的化石记录扩展到该露头，是该地层中描述的第一个富goromorpha。这一新分类群的描述使我们能够讨论水蛭系之间的系统发育关系。
