First, the study uncovered a positive correlation between CSR and sustainable development, such as social, economic, and environmental development. Second, the study found mediation of EW along with moderation of organizational culture among the nexus of CSR and SP. This study endows multiple insights into CSR that can enhance sustainable development, where EW and organizational culture have positive forces to trigger SP.
