With 17 scientific sessions and 126 abstract presentations, the congress served as a key platform for presenting innovations in the treatment of ovarian, cervical, uterine, vaginal, and vulvar cancers. This paper highlights and analyzes the most relevant studies presented, focusing on emerging treatment strategies, clinical trial outcomes, and translational research.
