Here we present a 52-year-old patient with a body mass index (BMI) of 50.8 kg/m<sup>2</sup> who was diagnosed with biopsy-proven CD and her tissue transglutaminase immunoglobulin A level was 45.5 U/mL (0–15 U/mL).
