Emerging strategies, including immune-modulatory therapies and RNA-based interventions, seek to achieve selective anti-inflammatory effects with reduced immunosuppressive risk. Future approaches will likely adopt personalized, multi-targeted regimens that integrate inflammation control with lipid-lowering and antithrombotic therapies.
