摘要

本文对电动汽车(EV)所需的镍、锂、钴和铜等关键矿产资源的可持续性进行了动态评估。结果表明:(1)与美国、澳大利亚和加拿大三个主要经济体相比,中国电动汽车关键矿产资源的整体可持续发展前景更为乐观,但环境、社会和市场等方面的管理仍有待加强;(2)中国的绝对生态位总体上呈波动上升趋势;(3)中国生态位适宜性总体呈上升趋势,但仍需长期努力才能进入并保持较强的可持续发展阶段;(4)未来5年,中国可持续发展状况总体良好,但环境挑战突出。在此基础上,提出了促进电动汽车关键矿产资源可持续发展的一系列政策建议。
