Outcome measures included nutritional status assessment, haematological indicators, adverse reactions and the social support situation.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Following the intervention, the WIM approach was associated with a significantly lower incidence of adverse reactions compared with routine nursing care (<i>p</i> < 0.05). Specifically, the experimental group had a significantly lower incidence of nausea (<i>p</i> = 0.0341), vomiting (<i>p</i> = 0.0279) and high-level oral mucositis (III/IV) (<i>p</i> = 0.0238) compared with the routine group. In terms of the nutritional status, patients in the experimental group maintained better body mass index (BMI) and body weight, with significant differences observed in total protein levels (<i>p</i> < 0.05) throughout the trial, indicating improved nutritional outcomes. However, no significant differences were found in the changes of BMI between the two groups. 目的:探讨全程免疫营养管理(WIM)对鼻咽癌III期和IV期放疗患者的影响。方法:选取我院2021年10月至2023年6月收治的鼻咽癌患者103例,根据护理方法的不同,分为常规护理组(51例)和WIM治疗组(52例)。结果测量包括营养状况评估、血液学指标、不良反应和社会支持情况。结果:干预后,与常规护理组相比,WIM方法的不良反应发生率(p p = 0.0341)、呕吐发生率(p = 0.0279)和重度口腔黏膜炎(III/IV)发生率(p = 0.0238)均显著降低。在营养状况方面,实验组患者体质指数(BMI)和体重保持较好,总蛋白水平差异有统计学意义(p p = 0.0017)。结论:全程免疫营养管理可改善鼻咽癌同步放化疗患者的营养状况,减轻放疗引起的鼻咽及口腔反应的严重程度,减轻不良反应。
