中国要实现高质量发展，就要根据实际因素，不断优化升级产业结构，有效释放增长潜力。本文以中国31个省市为例，采用扩展的NCA和fsQCA方法，对影响区域产业结构升级的配置和路径进行了研究。研究结果表明：第一，促进产业结构优化升级的所有因素都不能单独成为产业结构优化升级的必要条件。第二，提升人力资本结构和知识产权水平具有重要意义。第三，各地区要结合自身特点，因地制宜。
