Whole-brain and valuation network regions of interest (ROI) analyses compared POUD and control group fMRI signal responses to monetary gain and loss outcomes.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Ventral striatum signal change following gain and loss outcomes differed between the POUD and control groups.
