摘要

传统的根尖周炎治疗面临挑战，特别是在不成熟的根的情况下。本文报道一例未成熟根的成人恒牙根尖周炎，采用铒钇铝石榴石（Er:YAG）激光激活根管消毒术诱导根尖出血和牙髓血运重建。术后22个月随访显示根尖周围病变愈合，根尖孔缩小，牙髓活力测试阳性。
