Coding of health effects according to ICF-CY categories, 52% of the 210 outcome items focused on body functions, 48% on activities and participation.</p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>With its individualized, diversified and structured characteristics, APA not only serves as an effective non-pharmacological treatment strategy, but also an important way to promote the health of children and adolescents with autism in all-round way. 目的：本研究的目的是在ICF-CY的基础上，对适应性体育活动（APA）项目对自闭症儿童和青少年的健康益处进行范围审查。方法：检索2014年1月- 2023年12月PubMed、Web of Science、EBSCO、PsycINFO、CNKI等数据库中有关儿童和青少年（0-18岁）自闭症APA相关的实验研究。结果：共纳入34项研究（涉及13个国家，997名受试者）。根据儿童基金会-儿童基金会类别对健康影响进行编码，210个成果项目中52%侧重于身体功能，48%侧重于活动和参与。结论：APA具有个体化、多样化、结构化的特点，不仅是一种有效的非药物治疗策略，而且是全面促进自闭症儿童青少年健康的重要途径。然而，环境因素的复杂性使得基于ICF-CY概念设计APA程序具有挑战性。
