The changes in the diameters of the portal vein (PV) and celiac artery (CA) in mm in computed tomography were examined before RT (RT0) and 3 months after RT (RT1).</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The RT1-PV value decreases by 0.31 mm when compared to the RT0 value (P < 0.05). 背景与目的:本研究旨在探讨诊断为胃癌的辅助放疗和化疗患者放疗后血管结构的变化。材料与方法:33例患者接受治疗剂量的辅助外置放疗,观察术前(RT0)和术后3个月(RT1)门静脉(PV)和腹腔动脉(CA)的计算机断层扫描直径(mm)变化。结果:RT1-PV值较RT0值减小0.31 mm (P < 0.05)。同样,当比较RT0和RT1值时,CA测量也显示减少了0.24 mm。结论:在本研究中,RT1时mm内CA和PV的测量值小于RT0时。
