Higher cPRA (I) levels correlated with increased rejection risk and shorter AMR-free survival.</div></div><div><h3>Conclusions</h3><div>High cPRA (≥50 %) significantly predicted the risk of AMR and correlated with pDSA and positive FCXM results.
