摘要

目的:评价局部切除和二次意向愈合联合光动力治疗眼周基底细胞癌(pBCC)的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2022 - 2023年间5例pBCC患者的临床资料。局部肿瘤切除后,术中立即进行PDT治疗,随后通过二次意向愈合和每周PDT治疗进行伤口管理。结果:5例pBCC均获得病灶完全清除,美容效果良好。随访18 ~ 39个月(平均25个月),无复发。结论:联合方案可使手术缺损缩小,简化术后重建,提高肿瘤清除率。它特别适用于位于解剖关键区域的BCC患者,如眼周区域,传统的手术切除是不可行的。

Objective

To evaluate the efficacy of combining Local excision and secondary intention healing with photodynamic therapy (PDT) in treating periocular basal cell carcinoma (pBCC).
