The theoretical basis includes scientific articles, expert analysis of legislation and international organizations.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Results: The implementation of children's right to palliative care can be classified as universal and special. In the implementation of this right, children often face inadequate representation of their interests and shortcomings in the provision of medical services to them.
