The circular genome spans 15,411 bp and contains thirteen protein-coding genes, 22 transfer RNA genes, two ribosomal RNA genes, and one control region (GenBank accession no. OR537869). The nucleotide composition shows a significant AT bias: 41.01% adenine (A), 39.94% thymine (T), 7.96% guanine (G), and 11.10% cytosine (C). The phylogenetic analysis of 76 species in the family Tachinidae was performed. Phylogenetic results revealed that <i>A. fischeri</i> forms sister relationship with genus <i>Blepharipa</i> Rondani.
