本文研究了以点云为代表的曲面上的不平衡最优传输问题。基于乘法器算法的交替方向法,通过三个步骤的迭代求解原UOT问题。其关键是求解点云上的泊松方程,该泊松方程是用切向径向基函数(TRBF)方法求解的。该方法只需要点云和法向量对泊松方程进行离散化,大大简化了计算过程。对不同几何形状和拓扑结构的点云进行了数值实验,验证了该方法的有效性。
