It also serves as an important means to achieve the goals of \"carbon peak and carbon neutrality.\" By selecting urban panel data from the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration from 2011 to 2022 and focusing on the development of the digital economy, this study analyzes the spatiotemporal evolution of the level of synergistic effects in pollution reduction and carbon reduction. A multivariate linear regression model is used to assess the impact and mechanisms of digital economic development on the synergistic effects of pollution reduction and carbon reduction. 摘要

在大数据和人工智能时代,数字经济已成为推动中国经济动态转变的关键焦点。它也是实现“碳峰值和碳中和”目标的重要手段。本文选取2011 - 2022年长三角城市群城市面板数据,以数字经济发展为研究对象,分析了污染减排和碳减排协同效应水平的时空演化。采用多元线性回归模型评估数字经济发展对污染减排和碳减排协同效应的影响及其机制。结果表明:①长三角城市群数字经济呈现协调发展态势,污染减排与碳减排整体协同发展保持波动上升趋势,城市间数字经济与协同发展水平差距不断缩小。②在抽样期内,数字经济发展与区域污染减排和碳减排协同治理呈倒“u”型关系,且经过一系列稳健性检验,这一结果仍然有效。③数字经济主要通过提高能源利用效率、优化能源消费结构、扩大环境投资规模和推进绿色技术发挥作用。④实证结果显示,人才资源水平、城市规模和经济发展水平的差异显著。
