摘要

混合神经内分泌-非神经内分泌肿瘤（MiNENs）在胃肠道是罕见的。我们报告了一例患者，在内镜下完全切除食管管状肿瘤病变，最初诊断为鳞状细胞癌（SCC），最终诊断为SCC- minen，这改变了患者的治疗过程。随着内镜技术的进步，我们提倡切除胃肠道内的小恶性病变，既是为了治疗，也是为了诊断。
