Digitalization in social work practices for displaced populations: A field practice example from Al-Bab, Syria

This study reflects the practical experiences of a social worker in the planning and implementation of the digital transformation of the provision of cash, food, non-food aid, and psychosocial support services by civil society organizations to displaced groups after the Syrian Civil War, taking a rights-based and transparent approach. The study also demonstrates how services become more inclusive, accessible, and accountable through the digitalization of brokers, one of the unique roles of social work in social work practices for displaced populations.
