本文首次报道了中国特有萤火虫大火蛉(Pyrocoelia amplissima, Olivier, 1886)的线粒体全基因组(鞘翅目:Lampyridae: Pyrocoelia)。全长17426 bp的环状基因组包含13个PCGs、23个trna、2个rrna和一个a + T偏差显著(76.91%)的控制区。利用13种PCGs对12种萤火虫进行系统发育分析,发现大萤属基本属于其属。这一完整的线粒体基因组为Lampyridae的进一步研究提供了有价值的遗传信息。
