This update focuses on RHD, RhD structure, alterations in D expression, anti-D alloimmunization, and applications of RHD genotyping for weak and discrepant D phenotypes; identification of RHD genotypes that encode partial D phenotypes; and prevention and management of anti-D in pregnancy.
