颞下颌紊乱（Temporomandibular disorders， TMD）是一种常见的口腔疾病，其病因复杂，症状多样，治疗方法多样。面对TMD患者，牙医应从全科思维角度出发，把握“以患者为中心”的核心内涵，遵循生物心理社会模型，从多维度、多系统、多因素的角度进行综合判断，以达到合理的病因分析和准确的诊断。以全科医学思维和多学科合作为指导，实现TMD的个性化、整体性治疗。
