Single-digit clubbing is a rare physical sign, with only a few cases reported in the literature. The causes of single-digit clubbing are myxoid cyst, osteoid osteoma, enchondromas, myxochondromas, superficial acral fibromyxoma, sarcoidosis, median, and ulnar nerve injury.
