The research finds that blockchain financial technology transformation significantly reduces enterprise supply chain disruption risks, with particularly pronounced effects in small and medium-sized enterprises and firms with high supply chain concentration. Further investigation reveals that blockchain technology primarily enhances supply chain resilience by reducing corporate cost stickiness, and management teams with financial professional backgrounds significantly amplify the positive effects of this technological transformation.
