Management of Acurate Neo 2 Valve Protrusion Into the Left Ventricle.

We report the case of an 81-year-old woman with severe aortic stenosis and moderate aortic regurgitation who underwent transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVR) with an Acurate Neo 2 valve. During the procedure, the valve protruded into the left ventricle, rendering simple retrieval impossible. A novel "balloon-assisted" technique was successfully employed to centralize and retract the valve into the ascending aorta, allowing for proper deployment without complications. This case highlights a unique complication and its innovative management strategy.
