A multichannel generalized average sampling is analyzed in a shift invariant space V(φ) with frame generator φL2(R). We present the essential and comprehensive criteria that guarantee that multi-channel generalized average sampling expansion for uniform sampling points. A nonuniform sampling version of the problem is also analyzed.
