Open and Closed-Loop Predictive Control Strategies for Software Rejuvenation
Software rejuvenation is a cyberdefense mechanism that periodically resets the control software of a system to limit the impact of cyberattacks. We propose open and closed-loop tree-based model predictive controllers to explicitly account for the software refresh events and the cyberattacks.
