摘要

急性冠状动脉左主干闭塞是急性冠状动脉综合征最严重的形式之一。除了典型的心电图改变外,重要的是及时识别非典型的改变,并及时进行血运重建治疗。通过对具体病例的分析,本工作发现aVR和aVL导联st段抬高,伴新出现的双束阻滞,不能排除病理性,但胸导联无st段偏曲,高度提示LMCA完全闭塞的罕见心电图表现。另一方面,次全闭塞代表一个更罕见的情况。
