The patient, who experienced headaches, neck pain, brain fog, a heavy feeling in the head, and dizziness, underwent an upright MRI of the cervical spine, which revealed ligamentous disruptions, loss of cervical lordosis, internal jugular vein compression, reduced blood flow, and altered cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) flow. Post-adjustment, notable improvements in CSF and blood flow were observed, correlating with symptomatic relief.
