{"title":"印度喜马偕尔邦医学院学生睡眠质量与心理健康的关系","authors":"Punam Verma, Hitesh Jani, Priti Bhanderi, Bhoopendra Patel, Rupali Parlewar","doi":"10.4103/jpbs.jpbs_310_25","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"<p><strong>Background: </strong>This cross-sectional study investigated the association between the sleep quality and mental health among medical students in Himachal Pradesh, India.</p><p><strong>Methods: </strong>Using standardized instruments Pittsburgh sleep quality index and depression anxiety stress scale-21 (PSQI and DASS-21), we assessed 400 medical students.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Results revealed that 76.75% of students were poor sleepers (PSQI >5), with a mean global PSQI score of 7.91 ± 3.85. Mental health assessment showed 63% experiencing anxiety, 32% stress, and 27% depression.
