Firstly, by employing the Lyapunov functional and mathematical inequality techniques, we analyze the aperiodically intermittent synchronization of CRDCVNNs with state coupling and spatial diffusion coupling, and derive several sufficient synchronization conditions for these types of networks. Secondly, the aperiodically intermittent <span><math><msub><mrow><mi>H</mi></mrow><mrow><mi>∞</mi></mrow></msub></math></span> synchronization of CRDCVNNs with state coupling and spatial diffusion coupling is studied, and the corresponding criteria are established. Aperiodically intermittent synchronization and H∞ synchronization of coupled reaction–diffusion complex-valued neural networks
