基于2013 - 2019年中国国有收费公路公司面板数据,构建了政治-经济-社会-技术-市场结构(PESTM)理论框架,运用动态QCA方法研究了多种条件条件对国有收费公路公司运营效率的综合影响。研究发现,政府-技术-市场驱动型、政府-市场协同型、经济-技术协同型和经济-社会-技术-市场协同型四种不同的配置对提高企业运行效率具有显著的促进作用。研究结果表明,STRCs的高效发展需要培育市场竞争,注重区域内多因素的协同驱动。
