The line exhibits normal iPSC morphology, normal karyotype, and donor-matched identity. Markers of undifferentiated iPSC and differentiation into ectoderm, mesoderm, and endoderm were validated through immunofluorescence staining. NCHi024-A was tested negative for transgenes and mycoplasma contamination.
