Grounded in Social Cognitive Career Theory, the intervention focused on fostering self-awareness, exploration, and goal setting. Qualitative and quantitative analyses showed positive reactions, increased engagement, and alignment with the intervention's objectives. However, challenges such as emotional resistance and technical issues with the online format were identified. Based on these findings, recommendations include flexible scheduling, adjustments to activity sequencing, and addressing technical difficulties. Overall, the study highlights the importance of supportive environments for career development and the need for tailored interventions.
