摘要

背景：颅内不同肿瘤合并是一种罕见的现象。垂体腺瘤合并颅咽管瘤极为罕见。目的：报道罕见的垂体腺瘤合并颅咽管瘤的病例。结果：我们报告了2例合并垂体腺瘤和硬瘤性颅咽管瘤的病例。由于肿瘤的地形和解剖特点，在第一例中，我们采用联合入路切除两个肿瘤（经胼胝体和经鼻在不同的手术中）。第二例患者需要同时经鼻内镜切除两个肿瘤。基线症状（两例均为视力下降，第一例为精神障碍）部分消退，患者出院。
